The Riddler may have just rose but now we’re on to the heroes. While Gordon and Bruce are great, I’ve really enjoyed watching the villains grow. We got the Penguin, who is one of my all time favorite villains, alongside Crowley from Supernatural. And now I can add the Riddler to my list. One thing I am excited about the heroes rising, maybe now we can see more of Lucius Fox. He certainly had a great episode this week.
We may be seeing some of the movies (or comics, for those of you who read the comics) come to life next week. Bruce is held captive in subterranean prison, which looks very like the film. I didn’t read the comics, so I don’t know where the timeline is supposed to be. I’m a little confused about how that all works but glad to be seeing Bruce continue to become Batman.
I am upset that we don’t have the real Bruce in Gotham, though. How long does it take for someone to figure it out and who will figure it out? It looked like Alfred was suspicious but clearly, he’s not sure, yet.
As you can see in this promo, Gordon has to save Gotham once again. It appears the Court of Owls want to destroy Gotham yet again, so how will they feel if Gordon is stopping them? I don’t trust his uncle, maybe this will make it clearer if we can trust him.
We also see a glimpse of Barbara. Glad to see she’s working on being Queen of Gotham.
Take a look at the promo and tell me what you are most looking forward to seeing in the last episodes of the season:
