Kara couldn’t be more excited for her first day as a reporter. Her excitement may be short-lived, though. She gets to meet her new boss and he’s nothing like Cat Grant at all.

Sure, Cat could be a bitch, condescending and seem like she doesn’t care about anything but herself, but she was always fun to watch and had some great monologues.

Snapper Carr, Kara’s new boss, doesn’t seem like much fun at all. He has no facial expression and he just walks away from Kara when she’s speaking. Not sure how much this guy is going to teach Kara. Can we not have Clark teach her? More screen time with Tyler Hoechlin is always a good thing.

Kara can’t truly find herself if she isn’t challenged, so maybe this boss will be good for her.
